Can Plant Crystals be used Indoor and Outdoors?

The crystals we select are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.  Plant Crystals will be accompanied with a use card that will notify of any use restrictions.

Why not place crystals directly in soil?

Many crystals can discolor and become permanently stained or even corrode when in contact with soil. Some even dissentegrate in water! We solve that issue and allow crystals and plants to work closely together to keep them safe.

How long is the stem?

The stem connected to the crystal varies according to the crystal but generally range from 7"-12". Everything is personalized and made to bring out the best in each crystal including the stem length. This also makes each delivery a surpirse.

What is the shipping frequency of a Plant Crystals Monthly Subscription Order

Plant Crystals Monthly Subscription shipments will go out approx 1-3 business days after your auto pay has been processed.

No, plants are not included with your order.

Can I choose which Plant Crystal I receive or gift?

We curate premium crystals for their rare, unique and beautiful qualities.  Every Plant Crystal is a premium quality crystal that has been hand selected and designed to create mystical vibes you won't find anywhere else. Regardless of your plan, (Monthly, 3 Month, or Annual) you will always receive a Plant Crystal valued at a minimum of $56.

If you want to select the exact Plant Crystal, we will have individual, rare, Next Level Plant Crystals available for purchase. Or get in touch with us as we do offer custom / personalized work.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! 3-month subscriptions are a popular gift option to show someone you care. You can also gift your Subscription month to anyone in the USA at no charge—just let us know before the next shipment date where you want it shipped. Be a Gifting Hero!

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately according to plan you select. Monthly, 3-Month or Annual, at time of order. 

For example, if you purchse a 3 Month Subscription on July 2, you will be billed immediately and again on 10/2.

There are extended pay and pay over time options available for your convenience! :)

Do you offer FREE Shipping with Subscriptions

YES! Shipping is always FREE for all subscription orders within the USA!

Can I skip/pause my subscription

On the Single Month Subscription, Yes. Login to your account and change before your next billing cycle.

Will I receive the same type of Plant Crystal more than once in a calendar year?

We love to surprise our subscribers and we intentionally curate so you will never receive the exact same Plant Crystal in the same year. Each order will be unique and different—each time. However you may receive a Clear Quartz point one month and Quartz Cluster another month.

And, we have DELUX single units available should you have a favorite style crystal and want or need right away!

Will I receive tracking with my order?

Yes! As soon as your Plant Crystal ships you'll receive an email with the tracking info.

What kind of Crystals will I receive?

The Premium kind! Seriously though, all crystals are ethically sourced and we only select high quality crystals for your satisfaction.

We only use crystals that are safe with water since they will be in plants.

Some examples of crystals you may receive are, clear quartz, amethyst points, citrine clusters, rose quartz, specialty shapes, geods and more!

We're always on the hunt for the most unique treasures for all your pleasures! We can't reveal all the surprises but trust us, each month will all be amazing.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

We're sad to see you go!

WARNING* The Subscription price you join at, means you are grand-fathered in as long as your Subscription remains ACTIVE.

If your Subscription is canceled, you will lose your current Subscription pricing and you will not be able to re-join at the same low, rate and we will not be able to reactivate for your initial subscription price! If you decide to rejoin, it may be at a higher rate.
