🌹Inner Bloom Inquiry: individual time during the ceremony to drop in and reflect on soul guiding questions. 
🌹Guided Meditation: We'll enter a sacred garden, plant seeds of intention, water the soil with love and attune to the frequency of joy and light to activate a lasting glow. 
🌹Somatic Movement: Through the way of the feminine and Shakti Lunar Arts we'll regulate the nervous system so we can reclaim our inner peace and focus on our light.

🌹Crystal Ritual: A guided Plant Crystal reiki healing & activation to root intentions and anchor the energy of solar light for this new season.
